We are currently looking for like-minded professionals to join our expanding onsite team to fill the position of IT Trainee. 

About the Position:

This is a role that will allow you to engage with our clients and be a first point of contact for all support enquiries. As a IT Trainee, you will have a strong focus on providing an exceptional customer experience and a high level of technical assistance on all interactions.

Day to Day Responsibilities:

  • Be an initial point of contact for technical assistance, providing level 1 support to ADITS clients.
  • Resolve a broad range of technical issues with an emphasis around: “Fix on First Contact.”
  • Work closely with team members to escalate and triage service requests.
  • Provide extraordinary customer service to all clients to uphold stringent service standards and maintain customer satisfaction.

HELPDESK CONSULTANT -TOWNSVILLE

We are currently looking for like-minded professionals to join our expanding Helpdesk team to fill the position of Helpdesk Consultant. 

About the Position:

This is a role that will allow you to remotely engage with our clients and be a first point of contact for all support enquiries. As a Helpdesk Consultant, you will have a strong focus on providing an exceptional customer experience and a high level of technical assistance on all interactions.

Day to Day Responsibilities:

  • Be an initial point of contact for technical assistance, providing level 1 and 1.5 support to ADITS clients.
  • Resolve a broad range of technical issues with an emphasis around: “Fix on First Contact.”
  • Work closely with other Helpdesk team members to escalate and triage service requests.
  • Provide extraordinary customer service to all clients to uphold stringent service standards and maintain customer satisfaction.

Skills you will bring to the team:

  • A strong understanding and previous experience working with: Windows Server, O365, Windows 7-10, Active Directory, Exchange, VMWare and Virtualization support.
  • Flawless customer service and the ability to build rapport with clients, ensuring that the fantastic customer experience ADITS provides is maintained.
  • The ability to work well across teams and excel in our exceptional work culture.
  • A strong foundation of troubleshooting support issues across a broad range of businesses in numerous industries.
  • A combination of strong problem-solving and time management skills is a necessity in this role.
  • Solid understanding of LAN and WAN networks is of paramount importance.
