ADITS is seeking an experienced IT Support Technician to join our expanding IT team. The purpose of the IT Support Technician is to provide hardware and software support to customers, with a high degree of customer satisfaction, technical expertise and time management.
Primary responsibilities of the IT Support Technician include:
· Provision of direct technical support to users
· Hardware and software troubleshooting, testing and issue resolution
· Provide user management and special project support
· Outstanding customer service.
· Solid skills in support of the Microsoft products.
Minimum of 3 years industry experience
